Since I started a network marketing company in May, 2008, I've found that there is a huge learning curve in this business. Network marketing is a growing industry. It is a good way to have a second income stream - which is so necessary in these unsteady times.
However, anyone telling you that their opportunity is, "quick, easy, and fast," is either uninformed or lying. Network marketing is inexpensive, compared to other business ventures. It is work, and you get out of it what you put into it. The more time and effort you spend on your business, the faster it grows and the more income you will get. If you bought a McDonald's franchise, you wouldn't expect it to be profitable without learning the business and putting a lot of effort into it. Network marketing is the same.
I found a book: "The First Year in Network Marketing," by Mark Yarnell. Before you invest in an opportunity, you need to read this book! If you have already invested, you need to read this book! If you've been a network marketer for years, but haven't really made money at it, you need to read this book!
